Dead Space AU Review

What Does Australia think of Dead Space?

It sounds like it scared the poop outta them! And that’s a good thing. After reading the latest review from the Aussies on IGN.com I am more excited about this game that I was before.

I have never been a big fan of traditional horror or zombie movies, although I don’t mind playing games along those lines. I have always been a huge fan though of physiological thrillers like Sphere and Event Horizon.

Dead Space looks like it takes many queues from this films an incorporates them to create a visceral and thrilling game play mechanic that is sure to keep gamers on the edge of their seats.

Overall the review sounded really positive with great things to say about the core game play of the title. For more information on Dead Space read the full review here at IGN.com

Classic Games for Nintendo 64 Video Playlist

Did You Love Your Nintendo 64 As Much As I Did

Let me be honest with you. I have been a long time Nintendo fan for most of my life. My parents bought our first Nintendo when I was six years old. It was the classic NES set that came with Gyromite and Robby the Robot. Ever since then I was hooked on the gaming goodness that Nintendo offered to gamers.

Years later they came out with the Nintendo 64. People either seemed to love or hate this console. I have read many reviews where people talked about how they hated the system, and some articles talking about how it almost bankrupted the company.

On the other hand it had some wonderful games like Mario 64, Zelda Ocarina of Time, Pilot Wings, and many more. If you loved this system as much as I did IGN has a treat for you with the IGN N64 Classic Video playlist.

Australian Version of Hell’s Highway Gets Warm Reception

If you are a fan of the Brothers in Arms series of just WWII FPS games in general chances are you are familiar with this title. Brothers in Arms cashes in on the popular WWII shooter genre that has done so well over the past few years.

The original releases of the series were stellar and the new updates to the title have been well received by fans also. While the new release has scored lower that previous titles on most review sites, the additions to game play, and mechanics make each new revision worth checking out.

If you are a World War 2 shooter fan, of just a general First Person Shooter fan you would definitely enjoy the latest offering in the Brothers in Arms series. Checkout the full review at IGN here.
