Dead Space AU Review
What Does Australia think of Dead Space?
It sounds like it scared the poop outta them! And that’s a good thing. After reading the latest review from the Aussies on IGN.com I am more excited about this game that I was before.
I have never been a big fan of traditional horror or zombie movies, although I don’t mind playing games along those lines. I have always been a huge fan though of physiological thrillers like Sphere and Event Horizon.
Dead Space looks like it takes many queues from this films an incorporates them to create a visceral and thrilling game play mechanic that is sure to keep gamers on the edge of their seats.
Overall the review sounded really positive with great things to say about the core game play of the title. For more information on Dead Space read the full review here at IGN.com
Resident Evil 5 Drops Typewriters!?!
Waa! No More Clickety-Clack?
Joystiq.com release an article today announcing Resident Evil5 had dropped type writer from the game as a method of saving your progress.
For those who are unfamiliar with the series the type writer has been the common save point in Resident Evil since the beginning.
I understand that as games progress there are changes made but I for one and someone who gets stuck in my ways. Because of this I am going to miss the clickity clack of the old type writer save system.
I know, I know its stupid but and interesting tid bit none the less.
