Gala-Net Brings F2P Korean MMORPG Aika to the US
There is exciting news today about the upcoming North American release of the free to play Korean MMORPG Aika. Gala-Net in a partnership with Korean MMORPG developer Hanbitsoft will be releasing Aika to US audiences in the near future to partake in this unique F2P MMO.
Gala-Net which is well known for free-to-play release titles like FlyFF, Rappelz, Tales Runner, Corum Online, & Shot Online is very experience when it comes to bringing quality F2P mmorpgs to the US.
With the success of Gpotato, Gala-Net has shown that they can definitely market an MMORPG to a North American audience.
In a press release from Hanbitsoft CEO Kee Young Kim the company states “”Gala-Net, Inc. has a proven track-record of successfully marketing MMORPGs in North America and we are confident that together we will make a lot of players excited about Aika.”
Features of Aika include a massive PVP system that will support combat of up to a thousand players at once. In addition to this giant combat system the game promises to offer a unique questing and party system.
Players start out in Aika as children and grow up as a player levels their character. This character growth leads to new skills and abilities as an avatar develops in the game. This unique take on leveling a character is sure to add an additional level of intrigue to this much anticipated release.
