Steam to offer New MMORPG Games for Players
MMORPGs Coming to Steam with the help of Valve & NCSoft
If you are a gamer you have probably heard of Steam, the online gaming distribution platform created by Valve. It started out as a way for Valve to manage distribution and licensing of their games and has expanded over the years to include upwards of 650+ games available for online distribution.
Valve has made another exciting announcement today that they will be working with NCSoft to promote and distribute their games, adding a nice lineup of MMORPGs into the mix.
NCSoft is best known for titles like City of Heroes, Guild Wars and Linage. If you are a fan of the MMORPG genre you are probably already very familiar with their games.
With the addition of these titles Steam users will now be able to download these hot MMORPGs with access to all the latest updates right through Steam. Sure the titles are a little bit dated, but nothing beats being able to embark on online adventures with friends.
If you are an avid role player and have been interested in Steam, or are simply someone who enjoys adventuring with friends online now may be the perfect time to give the service a try.
